Who We Are
Our History
Our church started in 1978 with a group of individuals meeting in each other's homes. From the onset, we strived to be a biblically-based, Spirit-led community. In the early 80's, we began renting space in a Baptist church in Catskill, NY. This building would later become the home of Mt. River and where we meet to this day.
Our Church
We are an independent, elder-led, non-denominational church. We seek to be a community of faith where the Word of God is preached, the power of the Spirit is present, and Christian fellowship is experienced.
What to Expect
Our Sunday service runs from 10:00 am and lasts about an hour and a half. This is followed by a time to connect with one another over some light refreshments.

Our weekly service consists of instrumental worship, communion, and a sermon.​
